Results in context
Useful progress,
one process at a time.
The client remains anonymous. These are results from individual workflows in one organization, not a collection of unrelated customer stories. Transaction volumes and estimated time savings are presented for what they measure.
Pricing & Availability
The current implementation handles approximately 50–60 inquiries per day.
This is a measure of inquiry volume, not a claim about revenue or financial savings.

Routine pricing and stock questions repeatedly interrupt the people who know your products best.
Existing process
A team member looks up the customer’s pricing and current inventory, then prepares a response.
Agent
The agent accesses customer-specific pricing and live inventory information to handle routine inquiries.
Human review
Review and exception-handling requirements are defined around the business’s rules and the information the agent can reliably provide.
Accounts Receivable
More than $2 million in cash receipts has been entered without manual ERP entry.
The dollar amount is transaction volume, not money saved. Daily processing also helps keep accounts current and identify overdue balances.

Manually matching remittance advice and entering cash receipts takes time and can delay accurate account balances.
Existing process
An accountant identifies the customer, checks invoices and balances, and enters the cash receipt information into Epicor.
Agent
The agent monitors the AR inbox for ACH remittance advice, identifies the customer, validates open invoices and balances, and creates the Epicor cash receipt group.
Human review
The accountant reviews the prepared transactions and controls posting. Automation of entry does not remove accounting oversight.
Accounts Payable
The implementation saves an estimated 10–15 employee hours per week.
This is an estimated labor-saving result from the existing implementation; results depend on the workflow and volume.

Invoice matching and repetitive coding consume hours that the finance team could use for more valuable work.
Existing process
Staff compare invoices with purchase orders and receipts, research prior GL coding, and prepare invoices for review.
Agent
The agent monitors AP email. For PO invoices, it compares the invoice, purchase order, and receipt. For non-PO invoices, it attempts GL coding using prior coding information and a growing knowledge base.
Human review
An accountant reviews the results. Suggested coding and invoice handling remain subject to human judgment.
The Sales Order Entry Agent is in development and is not included in production results. Outcomes depend on the process, information available, and implementation.
