Our founder repeatedly saw skilled employees spend significant parts of their day on mundane, repetitive tasks. The same question kept coming up: could their time be spent where they create more value?

Alnitak exists to connect that question to a useful solution. We begin by understanding the business process, how it operates inside the ERP, and what AI can realistically do.

We bring 30+ years of combined team experience operating machine shops and implementing ERP systems. That experience grounds our approach to AI in the realities of manufacturing.

Beginning in manufacturing at Intermountain Electronics in 2013, our founder worked across purchasing, warehousing, accounting, operations, and management.

ERP knowledge, in context.

Our Epicor experience covers Epicor 9, Epicor 10, and Kinetic. Our founder also holds a master’s degree in Accounting.

When responsible for finance, our founder built financial reporting processes essentially from the ground up and helped reduce the financial close across five plants from approximately 15 days to 7 days.
